Who are Siteseal

Siteseal was established in 1963 and has always been engaged in the waterproofing industry, from felt roofing and joint sealing to high performance tanking coatings.We are a small, family based firm employing 10 full-time operatives – we do not sub-contract.  Most employees are long-standing members of the company, however, we also have a training scheme for younger employees.

• Our preferred working area is within the Kent, Surrey and Sussex borders, and we are happy to provide free estimates.
• Siteseal is a member of the Federation of Master Builders and we are able to provide our own 10-year guarantee, or for a small fee, a Masterbond Warranty from the Federation of Master Builders.
• We are a member of the NHBC.
• We have a good safety record and comprehensive insurance cover.
